At ONLY, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and provide a reason for the return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring you include the return delivery note provided in your initial package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
